Terms and Conditions for Kiwi Sizing Video Reviews

Thank you for participating in the Kiwi Sizing Video Review Initiative (“Initiative”). By submitting your video review, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
To qualify for the $50 gift card:
1.1. Kiwi Sizing Installation: Kiwi Sizing must be actively installed and live on your Shopify store for at least 6 months and at the time of video submission.
1.2. Shopify Store Email: The email address provided with your submission must be associated with the Shopify store where Kiwi Sizing is live.
1.3. Required Information: Participants must provide:
- The name of the Shopify store where Kiwi Sizing is live.
- The participant’s position at the Shopify store.
- The store’s website URL.
1.4. One Submission Per Store: Only one video review will be accepted per store.
2. Submission Requirements
2.1. Video Content: The video review must be authentic and provide feedback on your experience using Kiwi Sizing. It should not include offensive, false, or misleading content.
2.2. Ownership: By submitting your video review, you grant us permission to use, edit, and share your video for promotional purposes across Kiwi Sizing’s marketing channels, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
3. Gift Card Distribution
3.1. Gift Card Value: Eligible participants will receive a $50 gift card as a token of appreciation for their submission.
3.2. Delivery Method: The gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the Shopify store after the submission is verified.
3.3. Verification Process: We will verify that Kiwi Sizing is live on your Shopify store and that all provided information is accurate.
3.4. Processing Time: Gift card distribution may take up to 14 business days after successful verification of your submission.
4. Disqualification
Participants will be disqualified if:
4.1. Kiwi Sizing is not live on the Shopify store at the time of submission.
4.2. The required information (store name, position, and website URL) is incomplete or inaccurate.
4.3. Multiple video reviews are submitted for the same store without prior approval.
5. General Terms
5.1. Program Changes: Kiwi Sizing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Initiative at any time without prior notice.
5.2. No Cash Alternative: The $50 gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5.3. Legal Compliance: The Initiative is void where prohibited by law.
5.4. Privacy: By participating, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the use of your submission as outlined in these terms.
